The minimum depends on the production route.
A starting quantity is useful only when the permitted specification is clear. A standard-style trial uses an available construction, while a custom order requires the agreed production setup. Confirm style eligibility before treating a 100-piece trial as a custom-logo quotation.

Count pieces per design, not only per shipment.
A 500-piece order of one artwork is different from two 250-piece designs. Changes in artwork or construction can require separate production setups. Tell us the total and the quantity for each variant.

Separate a trial order from a sample.
A 100-piece trial is an initial order. An artwork proof, stock reference sample or custom pre-production sample is a separate review step. Confirm the relevant sample charges and freight before sampling.
What should your request include?
- Preferred style or reference photograph.
- Quantity for each artwork and construction.
- Material, width, finished length and logo method if known.
- Clip, badge holder and packing requirements.
- Destination and required arrival date.
If those details are not yet fixed, say what the lanyard needs to do and ask for a recommendation. Do not select a process only because it appears to have a lower minimum.

Can I order 100 lanyards with my own logo?
The 100-piece route is for standard-style trials. Send your artwork and intended style so we can confirm whether it fits that route. It is not a blanket 100-piece minimum for every custom design. Screen printing and complex processes start at 500 pieces per design.
Does 500 pieces mean a total across several designs?
The custom minimum is 500 pieces per design. List the quantity for each artwork or specification. For example, 250 pieces of design A plus 250 of design B is not one 500-piece design.
Can I review a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Ask for a stock reference sample, artwork proof or a custom pre-production sample. The suitable route, charges, freight and timing are confirmed before sampling. A 100-piece trial is an order, not a free sample.
