Quality control starts before bulk production. Confirm the written specification, artwork proof and approved sample, then inspect the same measurable points during production and before shipment.
1. Pre-production specification review
- Material, width and finished length
- Logo method, colors, repeat and orientation
- Hooks, clips, rings, reels, buckles and breakaway parts
- Badge-holder internal size, visible area and orientation
- Packing, labeling and carton marks
2. Sample approval
Review the real product from both sides and in the intended wearing position. Check color, logo clarity, stitching, hardware movement, badge fit, comfort and packing.
3. In-process checks
Compare production output with the approved reference. The exact inspection scope depends on product construction and order requirements.
4. Pre-shipment checks
| Area | Typical checks |
|---|---|
| Appearance | Color consistency, stains, print position, woven detail and edge finish |
| Construction | Length, width, stitching, heat cuts, seams and component assembly |
| Function | Hooks, clips, reels, detachable parts and breakaway operation |
| Badge system | Holder fit, orientation, visible area and hanging position |
| Packing | Quantity, role separation, labels, individual packs and carton marks |
