Manufacturing evidence for buyers

From artwork and webbing to assembled event lanyards

Match the photographed production step to the material and construction you actually intend to order.

Webbing and print: printed polyester, woven-logo and recycled-polyester material requests can require different workflows. Confirm the proposed method, logo layout and color target before treating a photograph as the production specification. See the photo-led custom lanyard manufacturing process and compare the corresponding routes: sublimation, screen printing and woven lanyards.

Assembly and output: clips, breakaway hardware, badge holders, stitching and packout affect the finished goods. For conference supply, ask whether the order is strap-only or a complete badge kit. Check holder dimensions and any required role-sorted bundles before approving production.

Evidence scope: the photographs show current factory areas supplied by LANYVO; they are not blanket proof of an audit, product certification or a test result for every order. State which approved sample, color reference or performance inspection your purchasing team requires and confirm feasibility with quality and approval support before the bulk order.
