The website may use analytics after a measurement ID is configured. Referral and campaign information may be used to understand which pages and sources generate inquiries.
Retention and sharing
Inquiry information is kept only as reasonably needed for communication, quotation records, repeat-order support and legal or accounting requirements. Information may be processed by hosting, email and communication service providers used to operate the website and respond to inquiries.

You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information where applicable. Do not submit confidential artwork or personal information unless it is necessary for the project.

Website quote requests
When you submit a quote request, the details and any optional artwork are processed by our email delivery provider, Resend, and sent to sales@lanyvo.com. We use the received inquiry to review your project and follow up. Uploaded artwork is not published in the product catalog.
Contact sales@lanyvo.com if you need to correct your submitted details or ask about deletion. Do not send payment-card details through the quote form.
