Custom Jacquard Woven Lanyards
Create premium woven-in branding for staff IDs, exhibitions, clubs and merchandise programs. The logo is formed with colored yarn rather than printed on the surface.

Confirm what the woven structure can reproduce.
Jacquard weaving works best when the artwork is translated into clear yarn shapes. It is different from printing and should be reviewed for line weight, lettering and reverse-side appearance.
The artwork is woven into the strap using colored yarns instead of being printed on top.
Best for solid logos, repeated text and clear geometric shapes. Gradients, photographs and very small details are normally better suited to sublimation.
Common buyer comparisons include 15, 20 and 25 mm. Wider webbing gives more room for lettering and complex marks.
The construction affects thickness, hand feel and the appearance of the reverse side. Confirm the preferred finish during sampling.
Approve yarn colors against the artwork or a physical reference when color accuracy is important.
Hooks, clips, rings, detachable buckles, breakaway releases, badge holders and custom packing can be reviewed as part of the same specification.
Woven and printed lanyards solve different artwork needs.
Use this comparison to narrow the specification before artwork proofing and sampling.

Answers before you request a quotation.
These answers are intended to make the RFQ, sample and approval process clearer.
Are woven lanyards the same as printed lanyards?
No. A woven logo is created with yarn inside the strap, while a printed logo sits on the surface. This gives woven lanyards a different texture and artwork limitation.
Can woven lanyards reproduce gradients?
Gradients and photo-style artwork are not the natural strength of jacquard weaving. Sublimation is usually a better option when smooth color transitions are important.
Why does the back of a woven lanyard matter?
The reverse can show the woven construction differently from the front. Buyers should approve both sides, especially for premium staff or retail programs.
