If your exhibition procurement brief requests recycled polyester, specify both the material evidence and the finished attendee credential.

Request the desired recycled-content description and available documentation for the actual material; ask what the supplier can verify, not simply whether the product is described as “eco-friendly.” Then confirm printing method, clip, standard width, finished length, and any badge holder required for registration. Color or logo changes for sponsors may create separate custom designs and MOQ requirements.

How to source recycled-polyester lanyards responsibly

“rPET” describes a material request; it does not by itself prove the recycled content of a finished order or its recyclability.

Start with your actual procurement requirement. State whether your organization needs a specified recycled-content percentage, a material declaration, traceability documents or another project-specific record. Ask what evidence can be supplied for the proposed construction before presenting an environmental claim to your client. Do not assume a product photo demonstrates certification.

Choose the finish separately. A recycled-polyester strap may still be specified with full-color printing, a simple logo or selected accessories depending on feasibility. Confirm fabric hand feel, width, printing route, clip and any clear badge holder in the same quotation. A mixed-material assembled credential does not automatically qualify for a single local recycling stream.

Plan use and collection. If your conference intends to reuse holders or collect lanyards, define the post-event handling process early.     Custom production starts at 500 pieces per design. A 100-piece standard-style trial may be an alternative if the selected construction qualifies; it is not a 100-piece minimum for every custom configuration.

    Can I review a sample before a bulk order?

    Yes. Ask for a stock reference sample, artwork proof or a custom pre-production sample. The suitable route, charges, freight and timing are confirmed before sampling. A 100-piece trial is an order, not a free sample.

    How long will production and delivery take?

    Timing depends on the approved artwork, material, process, quantity and packing. Send your required arrival date and destination. Production time and shipping time are reviewed separately before the order is agreed.
