MOQ and quotation boundary: custom manufacture starts at 500 pcs per design. A 2,000-piece event split between four different logos is four designs, not one 2,000-piece design. For smaller attendee groups, consider a shared strap with different badge inserts. Eligible 100-piece standard-style trials are a separate option, not a blanket custom-logo minimum.

Choose by the artwork, material specification and attendee use—not a generic “trade show lanyard” photo.
Full-color printed polyester supports detailed sponsor artwork and gradients. rPET trade show lanyards are a separate material option when procurement requests recycled-polyester content and project-specific evidence. Jacquard-style woven logos are suitable for a textile appearance when the approved detail can be represented in yarn.

Practical bulk buying guidance
Trade show lanyards: plan by badge, sponsor and attendee role
Buy the event credential that registration teams can actually hand out and attendees can wear.
Separate organizer and exhibitor requirements. Event organizers may need one attendee strap plus small groups of speaker, sponsor or staff passes; booth giveaways are a different quantity decision. If the smaller roles do not meet the custom minimum of 500 pieces per design, consider a shared strap design with different printed badge inserts. See trade show role planning.
Match the hardware to the real holder. Request the insert's finished size, holder opening, slot orientation and clip configuration. A wide landscape badge may need a different attachment arrangement from a portrait pass. Decide whether straps and holders are assembled, bulk packed or organized for several registration desks.
Give a delivery date that can be checked. Buyers worldwide should supply the destination country, city/postcode, receiving contact and date the goods must arrive before the event. Can I review a sample before a bulk order?

Timing depends on the approved artwork, material, process, quantity and packing. Send your required arrival date and destination. Production time and shipping time are reviewed separately before the order is agreed.
