The lanyard, the retractable reel and any new metal housing are different production decisions. Tell us whether you need a complete ID kit or the reel itself.

What is the MOQ for badge reel lanyards?
A custom lanyard with a selected standard reel starts at 500 pieces per design; an eligible standard-style trial may start at 100 pieces after review. A bespoke metal reel requiring a new mold follows a separate quotation. One UK enquiry had a 5,000-piece bulk MOQ for that design, not for every metal reel.
What should I send to get a quotation?
Send the reference product, artwork, quantity per design, destination and required arrival date. For this setup, review: Reel travel, badge weight, connection points and orientation.
Can I review a sample before a bulk order?
A stock reference, artwork proof or physical sample can be discussed for the selected route. For a new-mold metal reel, first confirm whether one or two development samples are feasible, whether tooling is needed first, and the sample and setup costs. Nothing is committed until the factory reviews the design. A 100-piece trial is an order, not a free sample.
How long will production and delivery take?
Timing depends on the approved artwork, material, process, quantity and packing. Send your required arrival date and destination. Production time and shipping time are reviewed separately before the order is agreed.
