How to assess a custom lanyard factory in China
Compare the actual manufacturing workflow and approved order specification—not only the lowest price per strap.
Step 1 — identify the construction. Ask which material, logo method and hardware are being priced. Sublimation, screen printing and woven-logo production follow different approval paths. See the printed lanyard and woven lanyard references before requesting a single “custom lanyard” quote.
Step 2 — review original production evidence. Our factory photography shows webbing, printing, transfer and assembly areas. An image establishes what the photographed workshop looks like; it does not certify every material or prove a particular test passed. Ask which production and inspection evidence is applicable to your order.
Step 3 — agree the sample and logistics route. Supply artwork, width, final wearing length, clip, holder opening and packing method. Request a digital artwork layout before production, plus an appropriate physical sample when color or fit is critical. For any worldwide destination—including the US, UK, EU and other markets—send the country, postal code, required arrival date and preferred trade term so production and transit can be assessed separately. Step 4 — compare like for like. LANYVO's custom starting point is 500 pcs per design. A 500-piece strap-only quotation and a 500-piece assembled badge-holder kit are not interchangeable. Ask for 500 / 1,000 / 3,000 / 5,000-piece pricing using the same approved specification.

Does LANYVO only accept orders from the United States and Europe?
No. We welcome B2B enquiries from buyers worldwide. North America and Europe are important search markets, but sourcing projects from Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America are also welcome. Destination availability, freight and applicable trade terms are confirmed individually.
What is the minimum order for a custom-logo lanyard?
Custom manufacturing starts at 500 pieces per design. Selected 100-piece standard-style trials are a separate route and are not a blanket minimum for screen printing or complex custom construction.
Can the factory quote straps, clips and badge holders together?
Yes, ask us to review the lanyard, compatible clip, clear holder and optional pre-assembly or counted bundles as one project. Provide the actual badge dimensions and quantity by design.
What information is needed to quote shipping to my country?
Send the destination country, city and postal code where available, recipient's required arrival date, approximate order quantity and preferred trade term. Shipping, duties and customs responsibilities are never assumed from a generic country name.

Does 500 pieces mean a total across several designs?
The custom minimum is 500 pieces per design. List the quantity for each artwork or specification. For example, 250 pieces of design A plus 250 of design B is not one 500-piece design.
Can I review a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Ask for a stock reference sample, artwork proof or a custom pre-production sample. The suitable route, charges, freight and timing are confirmed before sampling. A 100-piece trial is an order, not a free sample.
How long will production and delivery take?
Timing depends on the approved artwork, material, process, quantity and packing. Send your required arrival date and destination. Production time and shipping time are reviewed separately before the order is agreed.
