Selecting ID card holders for custom lanyard orders
A holder is sized for the actual credential, not for a generic “standard badge” description.
Measure the insert and pocket separately. Supply your printed card width and height, portrait or landscape direction and any additional thickness. Ask about internal pocket opening and usable depth; the outer plastic envelope may be bigger than the insert and is not an interchangeable measurement.
Match the attachment and workflow. Choose the correct holder slot and compatible single or double clip, then check whether the printed name and QR code remain visible when worn. Ask for the correct quote. Tell the factory if you want holders alone, straps with clips, or complete lanyard-and-holder kits. Provide artwork, quantities per design, packing and receiving destination. Final feasibility, sample charges and shipping are confirmed for your project rather than implied by a reference photograph.

What is the MOQ for id card holders?
Custom production starts at 500 pieces per design. A 100-piece standard-style trial may be an alternative if the selected construction qualifies; it is not a 100-piece minimum for every custom configuration.
What should I send to get a quotation?
Send the reference product, artwork, quantity per design, destination and required arrival date. For this setup, review: Internal card size, orientation, slot layout and closure.
Can I review a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Ask for a stock reference sample, artwork proof or a custom pre-production sample. The suitable route, charges, freight and timing are confirmed before sampling. A 100-piece trial is an order, not a free sample.
How long will production and delivery take?
Timing depends on the approved artwork, material, process, quantity and packing. Send your required arrival date and destination. Production time and shipping time are reviewed separately before the order is agreed.
