What is confirmed—and what is still an estimate

February 6, 2027 is the date of Lunar New Year. LANYVO expects a reduced production window around the holiday, with some operations potentially returning toward late February and production capacity rebuilding afterward. Our exact last order acceptance date, closure, reopening and dispatch dates have not yet been confirmed. We will update customers when our schedule and supplier arrangements are final.

For custom lanyards in bulk, an order request by itself does not reserve a production slot or a vessel booking. We need approved artwork and specifications, an agreed production schedule, and a route-specific freight plan before we can give a meaningful delivery estimate.

Why the year-end schedule matters

Late-year campaigns, distributor reorders and event programs can compete for the same materials, printing and assembly capacity. Artwork revisions, special clips or badge holders, and a late sample approval can push an order into a later production slot. Around the Spring Festival period, supplier availability and the pace of the restart can add another variable.

Sea freight adds its own steps after production: carton packing, warehouse handover, booking, departure, transit, customs and final delivery. Space and rates can change by destination, sailing and booking date. We cannot assume every route will be full or that every rate will rise; an early, current quote is the useful basis for a decision.

For a firm event deadline, ask us to assess both a standard plan and a faster shipping option if one is available. Keep a contingency margin rather than treating a vessel departure estimate as a guaranteed delivery day.

Which orders should be checked now?

  • February and March events: send the required arrival date, not only the event date, so we can assess whether production and transport fit.
  • Distributors and resellers: share expected repeat quantities and design count for wholesale custom lanyards; we can review the schedule per design.
  • Event teams: for trade show lanyards, include badge-holder orientation, attachment type and role sorting in the first brief.
  • Orders already in progress: request the latest written production and shipping milestone if your delivery window is sensitive.

Our standard-style trial starts at 100 pieces; custom production starts at 500 pieces per design. The appropriate timeline depends on the approved construction and order details, not only the quantity.

What happens during the holiday and restart?

You may send an inquiry while teams are away, but response, supplier confirmation and production scheduling may take longer. If operations resume toward late February, machinery, materials, staffing and existing orders still need to be sequenced. We will confirm a new order's production and dispatch dates individually rather than promising immediate full output on the first reopening day.

Send one complete brief for a useful schedule

Include the required delivery date and destination postal code; quantity per design; artwork or logo files; strap width, material and print method; clip, breakaway and badge-holder requirements; packaging; and your preferred shipping mode or delivery terms. Tell us which details are still open. We will identify the missing approvals, check current capacity and quote freight against the actual route.

Ready to check your order?

Send a quote request with your required arrival date, email sales@lanyvo.com, or message WhatsApp +86 189 3856 2309. We will review the possible schedule before any delivery date is treated as confirmed.

Frequently asked questions

Can my lanyards arrive before Chinese New Year?

It depends on the final specifications, approvals, available production slot, destination and shipping mode. Send your arrival date and order details for a written, order-specific assessment.

Can I place an inquiry during the holiday?

Yes. You can send the brief through our contact form or email. Response and schedule confirmation may be slower during the reduced-operations period.

Will sea freight definitely become more expensive?

No specific 2027 increase is guaranteed. Rates and available sailings vary by route and date. Ask for a current quote and compare options if your deadline is tight.
